The easiest way to pay for your renewal and review your car insurance is through your MyAXA account. Here you will find all relevant details about your car insurance policy and make any necessary changes. Are my car insurance renewal needs the same this year as they were last year?
As your renewal date approaches and we send you your renewal letter, this will be on the basis that you are keeping the same car insurance policy. You can review your car insurance policy online through your MyAXA account. Once you have reviewed your policy details, you can then decide if your insurance needs are the same, or if you need additional cover. If you do decide that you need to make any changes to your policy, you can do so through the online portal or by contacting us on 0818 7 365 24. We will then review your changes and send you a new renewal quote.
Can I change my car insurance policy cover when I renew?
When you are renewing your car insurance with us at AXA, we allow you the option of changing your level of insurance cover. Within your insurance letter, we will let you know the cost of each cover option, whether it is Comprehensive, Third Party, Fire & Theft or Third Party Only. When you decide to proceed with your renewal online or by phone, you can then decide if you would like to switch your cover level - it is that simple! You can also add optional extras to your car insurance policy when you renew, such as open driving or glass breakage, at an additional cost.
